Restorative Yoga
Perfect for those who need a quiet time to rejuvenate and find balance within. This class is a combination of gentle active stretching, breath work, and restorative poses. We use props in order to support the body, reduce muscular effort, yet allow for a passive and extended stretch. Essential oils, crystals, guided meditations as well as sound bathing are also incorporated into the class.

Chair Yoga
This class is ideal for those, whom due to physical conditions or other health concerns can practice yoga without having to get down or up from the floor. Participants will begin seated in the chair and will work up to standing and balancing poses with the support of the chair. Meditation and breath work will also be practiced.

Gentle Yoga/Level 1
This class is suitable for those who are looking for a less intense yoga practice or who are new to yoga. Increase your level of flexibility, mobility, muscle strength and balance as we work through many of the traditional poses with attention placed on alignment and moving with breath awareness. Modifications are given in order for participants to practice at a level that is right for them. Meditation practices will also be incorporated. We wrap up each class with a final relaxation.

Modifications are given in order for participants to practice at a level that is right for them. Meditation practices will also be incorporated. We wrap up each class with a final relaxation.
